What services does Diamond In The Rough offer?
We operate and scale marketplace channels for product brands. That includes account setup, listing creation and optimization, advertising management, inventory and pricing oversight, issue resolution, and ongoing performance optimization across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and Shopify.
Do you take over the marketplaces, or just advise?
We take ownership of execution. Our team runs the day-to-day operations of your marketplace channels while keeping you informed and aligned. This is not a consulting or advisory service.
How long does it take to see results?
Most brands see meaningful improvements within the first 30–60 days, depending on the starting point. Larger gains typically come as listings, ads, and operations are refined over time.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is based on the number of products, marketplaces, and level of ongoing management required. Some brands start with a launch or optimization project, while others work with us on a monthly retainer for ongoing growth.
Do you work with brands that are already selling on marketplaces?
Yes. Many of our partners are already selling online but are underperforming due to poor listings, inefficient ads, or operational bottlenecks. We step in to fix and scale what’s already there.
How often will I receive updates?
We provide regular performance updates and maintain open communication throughout the engagement. Update cadence depends on the scope of work, but most partners receive weekly or bi-weekly check-ins.
